Every page on LoonieLabs is reviewed against primary sources before it ships, and re-reviewed at least every 90 days. We still get things wrong sometimes — rates change, CRA updates a form, a typo slips through. This page is the public log of every material correction, and the policy that governs how we handle them.

Our corrections policy

• Acknowledgement within 48 hours. Email corrections to hello@loonielabs.ca and you'll hear back within two business days, even if the fix takes longer.
• Fix published within 7 days. Most corrections (typo, broken link, stale link) are fixed within 24 hours. Numerical corrections that require source re-verification can take up to a week.
• Material corrections are flagged. Any correction that would change a reader's decision (a wrong tax bracket, a wrong benefit amount, a wrong eligibility cutoff) gets a dated note at the top of the affected page for at least 30 days, and an entry in the log below.
• No silent edits on YMYL pages. We do not quietly change numbers on tax, benefit, or immigration pages without recording the change here.
• Editor of record. Every correction is signed off by the Editor-in-Chief.
